Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday). Please allow extra time during holidays or peak seasons.
If any incorrect or incomplete information is provided at checkout, order processing may be delayed by 3–5 additional business days.

If a tracking number shows that the package was delivered to the address you provided, RELLIV is not responsible for refunding or replacing the item if you claim it was not received.
